COVID-19 STATEMENT

Dear Valued Guest,

In the light of the COVID-19 outbreak that is currently impacting many parts of the world, we would like to emphasize that the health and safety of all our guests and staff members is our foremost priority at The Royal Purnama. Our thoughts are with those who are affected by the virus and those who are caring for them.

Therefore, we would like to share the news that we are taking extra precautionary measures at our Resort:

• All arriving guests are required to undergo a disinfectant body spray and have their temperature taken with an infrared thermometer at the arrival area to ensure that it does not exceed 37 degrees. If everything appears to be satisfactory, the guests will be able to continue the check-in process and escorted to their Villa or Suite.
• All staff members are also required to undergo a disinfectant body spray and have their temperature taken at the arrival area to ensure it does not exceed 37 degrees.
• Bottles of hand sanitizer will also be strategically placed in all public areas for guests to use. We strongly recommend that everyone adopts the habit of applying hand sanitizer on a regular basis alongside maintaining standard hand-washing practices.
• Every occupied Villa or Suite is thoroughly cleaned on a regular basis by the Royal Purnama Housekeeping Team. This involves regular changing bed linen and towels, and wiping surfaces down with disinfectant. Although the process may take a little more time than usual, it is a necessary measure to ensure greater peace of mind.
• Daily resort programs and activities will be kept at a minimum and only where social distancing can be implemented safely.
• Seating areas in our restaurant, bar and garden area will be positioned at least 1.5 meters from each other to comply with social distancing regulations.
• Provision of medical masks and gloves for our guests and staff members upon request, subject to availability.
• In addition, we have intensified the cleaning of all public areas by disinfecting common touch points such as bathrooms, railings and door handles.
